EVENT PARTICIPATION & VENUE RESPONSIBILITIES When using GATHA to discover, RSVP to, or host events, you agree to the following: For Users • RSVP & Attendance: By RSVPing to an event, you agree to follow the organiser’s or venue’s requirements, including ticketing, age limits, or dress codes. • Cancellations: If you can’t attend, please update your RSVP promptly so others may participate. • Behaviour: Treat others with respect. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Venue staff or organisers may remove individuals for breaching conduct standards. For Venues & Event Organisers • Event Listings: Provide accurate event details—time, date, accessibility, and entry requirements. • Compliance: Ensure your event follows all applicable laws, including health, licensing, and safety standards. • Responsibility: You are responsible for managing your event, staff, and attendees. GATHA provides the platform only and is not liable for the conduct of attendees or outcomes of events. • Inclusivity: Venues and organisers must actively support GATHA’s values—safe, accessible, and inclusive spaces for LGBTQIA+ communities and allies.
